The Bomb

The bomb is not a nuke.
This is a thread with a time limit set by me. Eventualy I will end the thread by detonating the bomb, unless somebody diffuses it.
Someone start posting so I have somebody to blow up with the bomb.

On second thought, maybe it is a nuke. Whoever finds it can decide. Be sensible. Remember the rules. You can be very good, but not the best.

Frost looked at the concealed weapon. You couldn't even tell that there was a bomb hidden there. He was very pleased with himself. This was a real professional job.

He tossed the little yellow detonator in his hand, and slipped it neatly into his pocket.

Frost smiled to himself, and entered the elevator.
"Going up", 'any minute now...'.

In the darkness, the LCD screen flashed green.

Seth's fingers were sweaty, and he was slightly hyperventilating... He had no idea what the boss wanted to see him about, but had a gut feeling it had something to do with a 'small amount? of 'misplaced' cash. He was reviewing options in his head. He could run - the airport was just across the bridge, could be out of the country in an hour maybe less. But what if this wasn't about the money? He'd definitely be suspected if he disappeared suddenly. The only thing he could really do was visit his boss. It was possible that Seth was just in for a promotion!

Seth laughed to himself almost in time with the elevators chime, doors slid open to reveal an almost gleeful businessman, Seth made his way in...

The man in the elevator seemed to make no attempt to leave, so Seth proceded to press for the button corresponding to the 10th floor. The elevator responded. Seth turned to face the closing doors in the cliche elevator movement. A few cops entering the building through the adjacent building entrance. Seth quickly shuffled sideways to obscure their view by the now near closed doors. "Shit!"

The man dressed in black watched a blue uniformed officer enter the lobby of the building.

It wasn't possible that the police knew of his plot already....was it?


No, Frost thought to himself, No it isn't.

He hadn't even stated his demands. Of course, he didn't have demands. He was the worst kind of terrorist - one that works for nobody and stops at nothing.
